Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premium
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced solely from the first pressing of olives and requires no other refining processing. Our extra virgin olive oil has an acidity of less than 0, 50 percent. Its major characteristic is an intense fruity flavor and a distinctive aroma and taste as well as its composition. There are many factors that influence the quality and the taste of the olive oil. The different types of olive trees, the compositions of the grounds on which the olive trees stand and the cultivation near by, yield the quality and the taste of the olives. We have not to forget, that the quality and taste of the oil also depend from the climate of the area and the amount of precipitation during the maturity process of the olives. Therefore there are many different extra virgin olive oils in quality, taste and of course the costs vary greatly depending on the criteria described above.

Our job is to find out where good quality of olive oil is produced. What can change annually for the rision discripted above . Then to purchase it directly from the producers, to mix it, so that the characteristic olive oil produced in quality and taste by us has as results.
Our product selector, Mr. Giorgio Pavia, has a 39 years experience in this field and he comes from a family that is active in the olive oil sector in the fourth generation.
The secret of our fine quality of our extra virgin olive oil is the fact that the olive groves are good climatic located and require no chemical treatment. The olives are hand-picked from the trees and transported to the pressing plant, where they are purged of possible impurities and immediately crushed and pressed with exclusively in the cold–press method.
